Our numerous years of process line development in the electrofinishing industry, has allowed us to see a diverse array of metal finishing process needs. Our customers come from many varied industry sectors, all with unique needs. We are able to provide processing lines which are fully automated, semi automated and manual, if that is what is desired. These process lines can be complete turnkey operations, renovations of existing facilities or stand alone components. The choice is yours.
JBC Ltd is just not an engineering and design house, but also a fabrication facility for many components required for the electrofinishing industry. Our in-house fabricators, have experience with the welding of steel and stainless steel components as well as welding of thermoplastic (i.e. PP, copolymer) materials. Process tanks of various shapes, volume capacities and complexities are able to be fabricated here. We are able prime and paint coat metallic surfaces for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
